RockHer Haute Jewels is a luxury engagement ring and diamond brand specializing in made-to-order jewelry. Each ring is crafted around the center diamond the customer selects (or vice versa). ROSI must function as a high-touch sales concierge, not just an FAQ assistant, guiding users toward purchase and maintaining continuity across platforms.

Critical Issues Identified

1. Intent-Based Routing Logic - CRITICAL

The current flow routing is broken. ROSI fails to properly detect user intent and route conversations to the appropriate specialized flows.

We'll reconstruct the intent detection system to correctly identify and route based on diamond specs, product categories, order inquiries, or general questions.

2. Name & Email Capture Logic

Current name/email capture system is faulty, with responses like "show me a diamond" being saved as customer names. We'll implement proper validation rules and integrate with Klaviyo for profile creation and tagging.

Enhanced Validation Will Include:

  • Name validation: reject numbers or phrases with verbs
  • Email validation: must contain @ and proper domain format
  • Klaviyo matching for existing customers
  • Automatic profile creation and intent tagging for new leads

3. Diamond Recommender Flow

The diamond search system is inconsistent, sometimes returning actual diamonds but other times only showing category links, which dramatically reduces conversions.

4. Product Recommender Flow

Similar to the diamond recommender, this flow pulls from the Voiceflow KB but frequently returns hallucinated items or nothing at all. We'll ensure it consistently returns actual products with accurate details and links.

5. Klaviyo Integration

The previously working Klaviyo connection needs to be restored via Make.com. This is critical for capturing leads, sending follow-up emails, and tracking customer journeys across touchpoints.

Diamond Recommender

Product Recommender

Activates when users express interest in rings or other jewelry items without focusing on the diamond.

Order Status

Only triggers when a 4-digit number is entered with clear intent to check an order status.

Knowledge Base

Default flow for general questions about products, policies, or company information.

Implementing Data Validation & Klaviyo Integration

We'll create robust validation rules for customer data and restore the Klaviyo connection via Make.com:

Restructure API calls to your database to ensure consistent results and implement fallback logic for "close match" scenarios.

Knowledge Base Enhancement

Refine product retrieval from Voiceflow KB with improved matching algorithms for SKUs, shapes, and categories.

We'll create a more secure and accurate order status system:

  • Implement specific triggers that only activate for 4-digit numbers in relevant context
  • Add email verification before displaying sensitive order details
  • Create mapping between Shopify status codes and customer-friendly messaging

We'll integrate with your in-progress URL logic to display pre-paired rings and diamonds, creating a seamless shopping experience:
